Shipping policy

Shipping: All Bloomella orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, no questions asked.
To uphold our quality and hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been heavily used or requests submitted after the 30-day window. Items that don’t qualify under our return guidelines will be sent back to the original sender.
